EU Training Learned

Today (29/04/2025), our EU division logged on for a surprise training event—apparently, Subzero bailed on his own retirement party. What began as a potential flop actually turned into a productive (and chaotic) training session.

Max: 6

We kicked things off with warmups in the Snow Forts, focusing on tactic speed, execution, and reaction times. From there, leaders ran through basic movement forms like diagonal lines, anchor formations, and waterfall wipes—though, admittedly, the Z-wipe was overused and went stale fast. Midway through, we switched to room changes, drilling how to maintain formation flow from one room to the next.

Next, we experimented with rapid-fire tactics and VC-led callouts to train adaptability—though half of them got filtered, lost in lag, or just made no sense (“sun’s an apple,” anyone?). Still, the team adapted well and improved with each minute. Despite some AFKers and keyboard complaints (“my E and 0 are too far apart!”), everyone pulled their weight.

A special shoutout goes to those who stuck it out for the full 20 minutes. Thanks to you, we pushed SWAT’s performance forward and grabbed some solid content for future trainings. Until next time—stay sharp!

Formations: Diagonal line, L-shape, waterfall, tactical circle
Training Focus: Speed, form transitions, tactic clarity
Braincells Lost: An acceptable amount
Z-Wipes: Too many
Subzero Slander: Ongoing
Top Ten Worthy? TBD, but we’ll take it

BW & log off. GG troops!
