Community Terms of Service (TOS)

Effective Date: 2/25/2025

By accessing or participating in this server, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (TOS), the server rules, and Discord’s Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these terms will result in actions such as warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the violation.


1. General Terms

  • Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to participate in this community, as per Discord’s Terms of Service. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use this server.
  • Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the server. Any violation of local or international laws may lead to penalties.
  • Discord’s Terms of Service: In addition to these rules, you must also adhere to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Code of Conduct

Respect Everyone

  • Harassment and Discrimination: You must treat all members with respect. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, or personal beliefs is strictly prohibited.
  • Be Polite: Engaging in negative or aggressive behavior towards others is prohibited. We encourage positive and respectful communication within the community.

No Political, Racial, Religious, or Sensitive Topic Discussions

  • Sensitive Topics: Discussions about politics, race, religion, and other controversial subjects often lead to division and arguments. These types of discussions are not allowed in the server.
  • If a discussion turns into a heated debate or uncomfortable situation, you must move it to private messages or change the subject. This rule is in place to keep the atmosphere friendly and comfortable for all users.

No Spamming/No Complaining about Spamming/Pinging

  • Spamming: Spamming is not permitted in any form—this includes text, images, links, emojis, and excessive tagging.
  • Excessive Pinging: Do not excessively ping other users or staff. Event pings are an exception, but do not complain about them.
  • Complaining About Spammers: If someone is spamming, you should not complain in public channels. Instead, staff will address the issue promptly.

No Trolling or Flamebaiting

  • Trolling: Deliberately provoking or baiting others into arguments or conflict is strictly prohibited.
  • Healthy Discussion: We encourage discussion, but it must remain respectful. Any action meant to disrupt or provoke conflict will result in punishment.

3. Content and Behavior

Keep Content Safe and Clean

  • No NSFW Content: No explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate material (including text, images, and links). This server is for 13+ members, and all content must be appropriate for this age group.
  • Appropriate Language: Avoid using profanity, offensive slurs, or sexually explicit language. Excessive swearing will not be tolerated.
  • General Conduct: Be mindful of others. Content or language that creates discomfort or is offensive to others will not be tolerated.

No Harassment, Bullying, or Doxxing

  • Bullying and Harassment: Any form of bullying or harassment, including personal attacks based on race, gender, sexuality, or personal beliefs, is prohibited.
  • Doxxing: Sharing personal information (such as addresses, phone numbers, or private data) without consent is strictly forbidden. Doxxing will result in an immediate permanent ban.
  • DDoSing/Phishing: Any attempts to conduct or encourage DDoS attacks or phishing attempts will result in an immediate permanent ban.

No Piracy or Illegal Content

  • Illegal Activities: Selling or sharing pirated content, cracked software, or illegal downloads is strictly prohibited.
  • Discussions on Illegal Activities: Discussions about or promoting illegal activities are not permitted in this community. If it’s against the law, do not discuss it here.

No Self-Promotion or Advertising

  • Unsolicited Promotion: Self-promotion, advertising, or soliciting followers/subscribers is prohibited unless prior approval has been given by staff.
  • No External Promotions: Do not promote other servers, social media accounts, or personal projects without explicit permission from the staff.

No Impersonation

  • Impersonating Users or Staff: Do not impersonate other users, including staff or any other person in the server. This includes using similar usernames, profile pictures, or pretending to be a moderator.
  • Misleading Behavior: Any action designed to deceive or confuse others will result in penalties.

4. Privacy and Security

Respect Privacy

  • Personal Information: Do not share anyone’s private information (such as real names, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) without consent. This includes your own personal details.
  • Recording and Screenshots: Do not record or take screenshots of private conversations and share them without the consent of everyone involved.

5. Server-Specific Channels and Guidelines

Follow Server-Specific Rules

  • Channel Rules: Each channel has specific rules and purposes. Be sure to read and follow these rules.
  • Stay On-Topic: Keep conversations relevant to the topic of the channel. Misusing channels for unrelated content will lead to warnings.

6. Voice Channel Etiquette

  • Push-to-Talk: If you’re not speaking, please use push-to-talk or mute your mic to avoid background noise.
  • Respect Others: Be mindful of others in voice channels. Do not shout, make disruptive noises, or monopolize the conversation.
  • Mic Cleanliness: If you have background noise (e.g., music, pets, etc.), please mute your mic until it’s your turn to speak.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

Respect Moderators & Staff

  • Staff Instructions: Always follow the instructions of staff members. They are here to ensure the smooth running of the server and enforce the rules.
  • Disputing Staff Decisions: If you disagree with a staff decision, do not argue publicly. Contact the staff member privately via DM to discuss the issue. Staff decisions are final.

Consequences for Violating Rules

  • Warnings: Minor infractions will result in warnings.
  • Mutes/Bans: Repeated violations or severe infractions will result in mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
  • Appeals: If you believe you were punished unfairly, you may appeal to the staff via DM. The appeal will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the decision.

8. Bots, Automation, and Exploiting Bugs

No Bots or Automation

  • Bots: Do not use bots or automated tools to disrupt the server experience. If you want to use a bot for legitimate purposes, you must receive staff approval first.
  • No Malicious Bots: Do not use bots to harass, spam, or exploit the community or the Discord platform.

No Exploiting Bugs or Glitches

  • Exploiting Issues: Do not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the server or Discord. If you discover a bug or issue, report it to the staff immediately.
  • Disruption: Using bugs for personal gain or to harm others will lead to a permanent ban.

9. Agreement and Acknowledgement

By joining and participating in this server, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and the server rules. Violating these rules will result in actions being taken against your account, as determined by the staff team. The staff team reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes.
